DAMAGES:

- Please inspect and count your packages upon delivery.

- Be sure to note all damages, including carton damage, on your delivery receipt. If any cartons are seriously damaged, do not accept them. You may accept a partial delivery and refuse those cartons that appear to be too seriously damaged.  If you believe for any reason that a product inside a carton may be damaged, insist that you open the carton and inspect it with the driver! Any carton damage or concealed damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Call our customer service department at 888-588-1420 to report any damages or shortages right away!  Also, please download our claims form and fill it out completely!

- All warranty parts will be replaced at no charge and are shipped via UPS ground service. Additional charges will apply if upgraded delivery options are elected by the customer.

- ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER-NO EXCEPTIONS!!

RETURNS:

- A return authorization must be issued before returning any merchandise. Please download our claims form to request your RA#.

- All items returned for reasons not detailed in our product warranty must be unassembled and in the original carton and condition.  Please note that returns cannot be made after the product has been assembled. All non-warranty returns must be sent prepaid or they will be returned to the sender.

- Items returned for reasons not detailed in the product warranty will be charged a 25% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for all return freight charges. Our complete product warranty is available by clicking here.

- Custom orders are non-returnable.
